Pick Up, Delivery, & Shipping

Merchandise marked *PICK UP ONLY* (furniture, large artwork, highly breakable items, etc) will be scheduled for local pickup. If you'd like your order delivered, please email us with your address, delivery logistics, and preferred schedule. Payment for delivery can be paid via electronic invoice.

If you choose to pick up your order, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup date and time. If your order requires pickup ASAP, please let us know in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders are picked up in Seabrook, New Hampshire.

All shippable items are packed carefully with appropriate measures taken to ensure the highest probability of arriving without damage. Shipped orders are packaged and sent within 48 hours of order placement. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Satisfaction with purchase and shop experience are our top priority. We communicate imperfections and disclose inconsistencies we notice on our perfectly imperfect inventory.​ If you have questions about merchandise, please send us a message prior to purchase. We will respond promptly.

If for some reason your shipping box arrives torn, dented or mangled, please take a photo of the exterior of the box before opening. If the items within the box are damaged because of shipping, please photograph those as well and submit all photos back to us within 5 business days so we can place an insurance claim with USPS. In this unfortunate event, we will gladly refund your full original payment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges outside of the shipping damage, as noted above.
